Prime Minister Viktor Orbán writes to wish speedy recovery to Polish prime minister

The Hungarian prime minister wrote the following to his Polish counterpart: “Allow me to take this opportunity to wish a speedy recovery to you and those of your colleagues injured in the accident. I sincerely hope that you can return to your prime ministerial duties as soon as possible, and that we can meet again in person in Brussels at the beginning of March”.

Since Friday Prime Minister Beata Szydło, 53, has been in Warsaw military hospital, where she was taken after the accident in Oświęcim, in southern Poland. When overtaking a Fiat Seicento, the Prime Minister’s driver was forced to change course, and the vehicle crashed into a tree on the roadside.
