In telephone negotiations on Tuesday evening, Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orbán and Chancellor of Austria Sebastian Kurz agreed that Hungary will not conclude any bilateral agreement on migrants with Germany until such an agreement is reached between Austria and Germany.
