The Saturday background discussions attended by specialists confirmed that “in Budapest, too, we have curtailed the intensity of the epidemic, and so also in Budapest we can change over – even if with prudence and caution – to the second phase of the containment effort,” Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said in a message streamed on Facebook on Saturday.
