Prime Minister Viktor Orbán sent his best wishes in a message to Olaf Scholz on the occasion of his election as Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Bertalan Havasi, the head of the Press Office of the Prime Minister informed the Hungarian news agency MTI on Wednesday.
