Prime Minister Viktor Orbán congratulated Zoltán Balog in a message on his being elected as new bishop of the Dunamellék District of the Reformed Church in Hungary, Bertalan Havasi, the Prime Minister’s press chief informed the Hungarian news agency MTI on Friday.
