On Monday evening Head of the Press Office of the Prime Minister, Bertalan Havasi, informed miniszterelnok.hu that in a letter to President of Russia Vladimir Putin, Hungarian prime minister Viktor Orbán had expressed his shock at the bomb attack in Saint Petersburg.
