Bertalan Havasi, Deputy State Secretary heading the Press Office of the Prime Minister, has told miniszterelnok.hu that on Friday Prime Minister Viktor Orbán received President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Hungarian Parliament Building.
