House Blessing at the Carmelite Monastery

In accordance with Christian traditions, also this year on Epiphany Day the Carmelite Monastery housing the Prime Minister’s offices was blessed, Bertalan Havasi, the head of the Press Office of the Prime Minister informed the Hungarian news agency MTI.
On Thursday morning, state leaders and members of staff working in the building attended a ceremony conducted by Roman Catholic parish priest Gergő Bese, and then the offices of the Carmelite Monastery were blessed.
Following this, Father Gergő conducted the same rite at the doorframes of government offices, Mr Havasi reported.
