Prime Minister Viktor Orbán to attend Turkish-Hungarian government summit and meeting of Turkic Council

On Wednesday afternoon, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán will travel to Turkey for two days to attend events in Ankara and Istanbul, Bertalan Havasi, the head of the Press Office of the Prime Minister informed the Hungarian news agency MTI.

On Thursday, in the company of several of his ministers – Defence Minister Tibor Benkő, Minister of Human Capacities Miklós Kásler, Minister without Portfolio for Families Katalin Novák, Minister of Interior Sándor Pintér, Minister for Innovation and Technology László Palkovics and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó – the Prime Minister will pay an official visit to Ankara, and will attend the 5th meeting of the Turkey-Hungary High Level Strategic Cooperation Council.

On Friday, Mr Orbán will have talks with his partners at the summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-Speaking States in Istanbul.
