Prime Minister Viktor Orbán to have talks in Madrid and later in Paris

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán started his talks in Madrid; on Friday evening, he first had a meeting with the president of the right-wing VOX party, Bertalan Havasi, the Prime Minister’s press chief informed the Hungarian news agency MTI, adding that on Saturday Mr Orbán will have talks with former French President Nicolas Sarkozy.
Talks between Mr Orbán and President of VOX Santiago Abascal took place ahead of the meeting of European conservative leaders. Topics included the protection of European Christian and conservative values, support for families and children, and action against illegal immigration.
On Saturday, the party presidents forming part of the European Right will have a plenary meeting, following which Mr Orbán will travel to Paris where he will have talks with former French President Nicolas Sarkozy, Mr Havasi reported.
