Prime Minister Viktor Orbán’s visit to oil and gas company MOL

On Thursday, at the invitation of the company’s management, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán attended the board meeting of the MOL Group, Bertalan Havasi, the head of the Press Office of the Prime Minister informed the Hungarian news agency MTI.

The Prime Minister, accompanied by Minister for Energy Csaba Lantos, Minister for Economic Development Márton Nagy, Political Director Balázs Orbán and János Nagy, the State Secretary heading the Office of the Prime Minister, was received by Chairman-Chief Executive Officer Zsolt Hernádi who showed him around the new MOL Campus headquarters.

At the board meeting conducted in the presence of the government’s delegation, board members discussed MOL’s long-term business strategy, the impacts of the economic and energy crisis caused by the war, the impacts of the Brussels sanctions, and Hungary’s energy security, Mr Havasi reported.
