Viktor Orbán travels to Sofia

Bertalan Havasi, Press Chief of the Prime Minister has told Hungarian news agency MTI that on 19 February Prime Minister Viktor Orbán is travelling to Sofia to hold talks with Boyko Borisov Prime Minister of Bulgaria holding the current rotating Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

On Monday the Prime Minister’s Press Chief told miniszterelnok.hu that Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has written a letter of congratulations to Boyko Borisov, leader of the Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (GERB) party. Fidesz’s sister party in the European People’s Party won the largest number of seats in the parliamentary election at the weekend.
