According to Mr. Maculescu, everything is in place for Hungary to host the best World Aquatics Championships ever.
Tamás Gyárfás, Vice-President of the International Swimming Federation, also attended the meeting. Mr. Havasi added that Mr. Marculescu declared himself satisfied with the preparatory works for this year’s World Aquatics Championships – especially with the progress being made on construction of the Dagály Swimming Centre.
Budapest will host the World Aquatics Championships on 14–30 June 2017.
