Prime Minister Orbán thanks Emmanuel Macron

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán expressed his thanks to French President Emmanuel Macron for the assistance thanks to which the Hungarians in the Chinese city of Wuhan in the closed-off province of Hubei, which has been particularly stricken by the coronavirus, were able to return home over the weekend.

“Thank you for your excellent cooperation, which was vital to our being able to successfully realise this complex operation amidst these extraordinary conditions”, Mr. Orbán wrote according to a statement by the Prime Minister’s Press Chief, Bertalan Havasi.
