On Friday Bertalan Havasi, the Deputy State Secretary heading the Press Office of the Prime Minister, informed the Hungarian news agency MTI that Prime Minister of Slovakia Peter Pellegrini had sent a letter to Viktor Orbán, congratulating him on his re-election as Prime Minister of Hungary and highlighting continued intensive cooperation between the two countries. Mr. Havasi also told MTI that Mr. Orbán’s first official foreign visit as prime minister will be to Warsaw.

He went on to explain that the problem of immigration will not remain confined to Europe, it is becoming clear that the debate is moving from the European arena to the global arena, and this is something for which Europe also needs to provide an answer.
